Your order will be dispatched by the delivery date specified in the Order Shipping Confirmation, or within 14 days, unless exceptional circumstances arise. If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your items.
